Brand - Grew company's brand, established style guide, and maintained brand consistency through all channels. Created new print and digital deliverables to adhere to new brand look and service lines.

Web and SEO/SEM - Improved SEO, increased traffic, and generated leads by building the company's new website, keyword, service line, and URL naming convention strategy, and web analytic tools, KPIs, and reporting metrics. Managed updates to customer-facing and intranet websites.

Social Media - Increased brand engagement, online visibility, and web traffic using social media platforms and strategic campaigns. Reached targeted audiences with social ads. Researched and utilized industry hashtags to improve tradeshow attendance, client engagement, and position the company as an industry thought leader.

Email Marketing - Drove traffic to the website and generated leads for the sales team with informative and promotional email campaigns, automated lead scoring, and logic-based drip campaigns—developed marketing on behalf of sales (mobs) email campaigns and branded email templates. Upgraded email marketing platform to accommodate robust sales and marketing initiatives.

Marketing Strategy and Team Development - Helped the company become more competitive in the digital space through channel building, content marketing, integrated national campaigns, and targeted regional sales campaigns. Improved tradeshow and event process, and program effectiveness tracking and reporting. Managed the marketing budget, media buys, and agency relationships and supervised, trained, and grew a team of creative talent.

Content Marketing and Design - Designed content marketing pieces for lead generation and sales enablement. Created copy, graphics, photos, and videos for use in ads, campaigns, blogs, webinars, social media, email, print, and web.

CRM - Migrated the company from using multiple lower-end web and email marketing tools to a marketing suite that natively integrated with its CRM, website, and Google Analytics—achieved better client communication through segmentation and marketing reporting in the company's customer relationship management suite.
