Creating integrated channel campaigns to increase return on marketing efforts by increasing visibility, establishing the brand, and driving engagement and conversions. Aligning activities and campaign goals to overarching marketing and organizational goals and targets.

Managing GTM efforts by developing campaign scope and goals, creating touchpoint plans, project outlines, and ensuring execution of campaign into market on time and in budget. Analyzing performance data to improve results through A/B testing, KPI tracking, and strategy refinement. Reporting out all-up campaign performance to multiple departments and stakeholders.

Using considerate and strategic communication to work efficiently with teammates, get buy-in from leadership and collaborators, and keep everyone informed of the progress and success of the campaign.

Supporting product launches by ensuring launch deliverables get into market and internal teams are aligned on key milestones, timelines, and campaign objectives.

Collaborate closely with Marketing Ops and the VP of Growth on initiatives, including lead scoring, audience refinement, and tech stack and tool integrations. Working closely with the BDR and Sales team on inbound and outbound prospecting strategy, coordinated touchpoints for leads and contacts from MQL to SQL to opportunity, and driving pipeline and new closed won business.
